Welcome to Clipper Scheduling! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Service Usage

Our Service allows barbershop owners to manage appointments, staff, and services. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service.

  • You shall not (and shall not permit any third party to) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
  • You shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
  • You shall not bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service.

3. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. Your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or Clipper Scheduling cancels it.

4. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Clipper Scheduling, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
